As an early mover in the UK sustainable homes market, Latis Homes stands to gain considerable market share.
This coincides with a massive shortage of UK housing, particularly for first time buyers seeking homes within commuting distance of London. The opportunity to own high quality affordable property within an attractive commute to the capital could convert even unlikely early adopters.
Latis’ current project pipeline has an estimated value of £100m to be completed in the next two years. As a quickly growing new player in the property market, Latis expects its projects pipeline to achieve a £300-500m valuation within five years.
Latis Homes’ management team combines a proven track record in delivering design-led construction projects with extensive commercial experience.
Latis’ core staff includes 12 management and administrative professionals and 20 construction workers, hiring additional staff during periods of construction. During the construction of the Greenfield Place community in Hayes, Latis fully executed the development from land acquisition through to construction supported by a 60 strong team covering design, architecture, planning, construction and finance.
Latis brings cost effective, vertically integrated skills to each phase of project development, assisted by its industry leading supply partner network, which includes Kingspan, Philips, Roca and Velfac.
Working closely with local councils throughout the process ensures each Latis development is integrated seamlessly into the broader community.
